"Flawless service start to finish. I contacted them after a non-fault traffic collision involving myself and my children - it caused real disruption, time off work, the lot. From the first point of contact, I knew I was dealing with a professional team and wasn't just a number on a database. I can't thank you enough."

FAQ

Whiplash claims, answered

What counts as whiplash?
Whiplash is a neck or upper-back soft-tissue injury caused by sudden movement - most commonly in rear-end car accidents. Symptoms include neck pain, stiffness, headaches, dizziness, shoulder pain and reduced range of motion. You can still have a valid claim even if symptoms only appeared the next day.
How long do I have to make a claim?
In England & Wales you generally have 3 years from the date of the accident (or from when you became aware of the injury) to start a claim. For children, the 3-year window starts on their 18th birthday. Don't wait - earlier evidence makes a stronger case.
What does "No Win No Fee" actually mean?
If your claim is unsuccessful you pay us nothing. If we win, our fee is taken from the awarded compensation - agreed up-front and capped by law. There are no hidden costs, no upfront payments, and we cover disbursements along the way.
How much could I get?
For a typical whiplash injury you can expect between £240 and £5,000+ for the injury itself. On top of that, you can claim additional compensation for any other injuries sustained (back pain, head injuries, shoulder strain, fractures, psychological trauma) plus "special damages" for losses like time off work, prescription costs, travel and treatment. The 60-second checker above will give you a personal estimate.
What if the accident was partly my fault?
You may still be able to claim. Compensation can be apportioned - for example, if you were found 25% responsible, you can usually recover 75% of the award. We'll review the details with you for free.
Will I have to go to court?
Almost never. Over 95% of whiplash claims we handle settle without court. We negotiate directly with the at-fault driver's insurer.
I'm a passenger / cyclist / pedestrian - can I still claim?
Yes. Passengers in any vehicle (including taxis, buses or a friend's car), cyclists hit by a vehicle, and pedestrians involved in a road traffic accident can all claim for whiplash and other injuries.
